IP Address Registration Form for free access to new journals

This form should only be completed by 乐天堂app下载 librarian or duly authorised member of staff qualified to provide all relevant IP addresses for 乐天堂app下载 site, and able to accept 乐天堂app下载 online licensing terms in 乐天堂app下载 RSC Electronic Licence Agreement on behalf of all Authorised Users at 乐天堂app下载 institution or company site.

This form should be used to register 乐天堂app下载 IP addresses of a site that wishes to register for free online access to 乐天堂app下载 journals listed below.

A site is defined as one institution or company in one city, or within a five mile (eight km) radius of 乐天堂app下载 institution or company address. IP addresses that cover only this definition should be given

Please do not use this form:

  • If you require access at more than one site.
  • If you wish to notify us of changes to your IP address(es). Instead, send 乐天堂app下载 changes to 乐天堂app下载 eJournals contact below quoting your customer number and full address of your organisation.
